- [Bathroom] Sometimes the water in bathroom was only hot and could not be regulated to cold. The smell im the bathroom was not good all the time.
- [Street noise] Tye windows don't isolated the apartment well to prevent the street noise.
- [Not apartment, rather district] While the local architecture looks nice, it could be not so easy for some to accept that you live like in the middle East

Het bed was zeer goed. De locatie was prachtig met uitzicht op de toren, vlakbij veel winkels en restaurants. Een zonnig balkon. Parkeren mogelijk. Wat schoon moest zijn was schoon en de douche was fijn. Voelde huiselijk aan.
Ik had expres gezocht op een accommodatie met bad, er zat geen bad in. Er was ook geen andere ruimte vrij, anders kon ik worden omgeboekt.
Het appartement kan wel een update gebruiken, meerdere dingen waren gammel en de balkondeur sloot heel moeilijk.

Het appartement ligt in een leuke, drukke wijk, met veel restaurants en winkels. Het openbaar vervoer naar het centrum (en door naar Keulen) ligt op gemakkelijke loopafstand. De bank in de woonkamer is groot en comfortabel, ruim genoeg voor zeker drie personen. Ook is er een eettafel voor vier.
Het appartement was prima schoon. De badkamer (geen apart toilet) is voldoende en de douche goed. De bedden zijn comfortabel.
De foto's op de site geven een wat te fraai beeld. Het appartement is relatief klein, een beetje verlopen inmiddels. De faciliteiten in de keuken zijn echt ontoereikend om te koken.
Het appartement ligt aan een zeer drukke straat. Wij hadden 's nachts veel last van het straatlawaai. Met de ramen dicht was dit minder, maar nog steeds teveel. Er is geen airco, dus als de zon staat te branden zal het gauw te warm zijn binnen.
