那智温泉 南の湯 - Nachi Manga Onsen

Stay at Nachi Manga Onsen exceeded our expectations. The best place we stayed in during our Japan trip. What struck us most is attention to details and thoughtfulness of the host. Those little things like super detailed instructions, notes, gadgets around the house and hints about events in towns took experience to the next level.

The onsen was very relaxing

Recently refurbished, the property is comfortable, well appointed, and spacious. Newly-fitted glazing meant we didn't notice any road noise. There's enough manga in Japanese and English to keep anyone busy for weeks. A private onsen was a real luxury, especially after spending a day hiking. We didn't use the bikes but they were available, Nachi Katsuura is only a short drive/ride away, just like Nachi Falls and Kumano Grand Shrine. We made use of all the facilities including the washer dryer, and the kitchenette had everything we needed, including a microwave, toaster oven, and hotplates, along with cookware. Tetsuji made sure that everything was just right for us.

二人で使うには余裕の広さ。自炊道具が揃っている。洗濯乾燥機があるので長期滞在には特に有効では！？ 僕らは一泊だけだったけど…本棚には漫画本が沢山揃えられていて嬉しいけど少し危険！？施設は完全にバリアフリーで車椅子で室内を使用出来る造りになっていました。

温泉を湯槽に入れるのがちょっと不安な人がいるかも
