Location is great, its only 5 / 10 min max from metro, its quite and there is small shop and eating places around.

For some reason hot water bearly lasted for two people, so if you are into long hot sowers, this is not for you

ok for one night or as the last resort option

++ • close to the metro • easy to check in and to check out • quiet neighbours • there are couple of supermarkets within 4-10 min walk.

-- • apartment needs at least a very deep cleaning and furniture vaccuming • there is no kettle, a coffee machine looks like it has not been cleaned for some time, I did not touch it • pillows are very uncomfortable, very small and thin, my neck was hurting the whole stay. Matrass is also not comfortable • there are no hooks or proper racks to dry or hang towels. If you are staying alone, there is a small rack that will not fit a big towel to dry. If you are travelling with two, there are simply no racks or hooks to put all the wet towels • take your own hand soap and shampoo

Bon séjour près de la Porte de Pantin.

Très bon appartement aux portes de Paris. Pratique si vous avez des activités à la cité de la musique ou à Pantin la chambre est confortable. Il faut marcher un peu pour avoir une station de métro.

Niet geweldig!

De locatie, winkels in de ongevinv, g er makkelijk te bereiken met Metro

Na ons vertrek kreeg we een bericht dat er de dag tevoren mensen in het appartement zijn geweest zonder dat wij het wisten. (Niet de eigenaar) Zeer onveilig voor onze spullen die wij daar achter hadden gelaten. Geeft geen prettig gevoel als iedereen zomaar binnen kan komen. Beter de code veranderen. Met deze code kan iedereen naar binnen gaan. De hygiëne, het harde bed, te kleine dekbed, geen droogdoeken voor de afwas. Weinig bestek. 1 theelepel, geen waterketel om thee te zetten. Kapot Nespresso apparaat dus ook geen koffie kunnen zetten. Zelf shampoo meenemen. shampoo meenemen. Te kleine wastafel. Alles ziet er niet echt schoon uit. Zelfs de tv zit onder de vlekken.

Limpieza, espacio interior bien repartido, cama cómoda. Apartamento silencioso.

Utensilios de cocina muy básicos, las partes exteriores comunes del edificio no eran muy limpias.

Le séjour était sympathique et notre hôte arrangeant :)

Le logement est très fonctionnel, situé dans un quartier bien desservi par les transports, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité. Le lit est confortable et le linge était propre à l’arrivée. Le fait de pouvoir faire notre arrivée et notre départ en autonomie est un vrai plus.

Des rideaux occultants seraient un vrai plus pour ceux qui souhaitent faire la grasse matinée et sont sensibles à la lumière du matin(en sachant qu’il y a des volets, mais qui laissent un peu apparaître la lumière). De notre côté, cela ne nous a pas trop dérangés, et même aidés à commencer la journée plus tôt.

Incroyable ! Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés !!!

Tout ! Rien à redire Jean-Claude et sa femme sont adorables et à l’écoute des voyageurs. Ils m’ont conseillé et guidé sur les activités et sur les restaurants proche de l’appartement. Le logement est sécurisé, les horaires sont flexibles et l’appartement très propre.

Perfecto en relación calidad-precio y maravilloso para cortas estancias.

Me encantó el fácil acceso al piso y las llaves, además era bastante grande la casa y muy bien equipada. El anfitrión super atento, muy amable y respondía rápido; lo mejor es que nos dejó hacer el check-in antes de las 17h, ya que el vuelo aterrizó a las 8h.

À notre arrivée pour 17 h appart sale denrées alimentaires dans le frigo le lave linge plein, sol lit sales poubelles pleines …. Après plusieurs messages une personne est venu faire le ménage nous avons pu prendre possession des lieu à 21 heures . Nous qui devions travailler le soir est bien Merci

Adorable

Rien à dire, jai fait mon séjour il y a 2/3 mois et j’ai kiffé !. La petite cheminé et l’appartement était hyper mignon et chauffer au niveau de la chambre, agréable quand il fait froid. Une cuisine façon américaine, j’aimerai en faire une copie pour mon prochaine appartement 😘. Tres beau quartier proche de tout, les promenades étaient agréable.

Le sol au niveau cuisine et sal de bain était froid mais bon avec ce beau cadre on y fait pas trop attention j’ai kiffé 🎀
