الواجهة كانت جداً رائعة ومطلة على المارينا
المكان قريب من الخدمات بكل أنواعها وبالقرب من محطة الترام
تخصيص موقف للسيارة
الشقة كانت واسعة ومناسبة جداً وبها جميع الأساسيات التي نحتاجها لإقامة قصيرة
الموظف أسعد كان لطيف التعامل ومحترم ومتعاون جداً
نظافة الشقة كانت متوسطة
بركة السباحة كانت مغلقة خلال فترة إقامتنا وحسب إفادة مشرفة البركة
الجدران غير عازلة للضوضاء فتسمع خرير الماء للشقق الأخرى وكذلك أصوات السيارات في الشارع
الدخول متأخر على الساعه 3 مساءً والخروج مبكر الساعه 11 صباحاً لكن الموظف أسعد تعاون معنا في الخروج بتمديده لساعتين إضافيات
الملاحظة المهمة: البرج ليس فندق وإنما بإدارة بنظام الإيجار اليومي وبالتالي لا توجد الخدمات الفندقية المعتادة
هناك شقق مؤجرة لفترات طويلة حسب فهمي من بعض السكان لذلك تجد بعض الأغراض وعبوات الماء في الممرات

Location was perfect and the hosts were so accommodating let us check in early due to missing our flight , made everyone easy for us, would highly recommend

The property is in the Point tower in Dubai Marina a 5 mins walk from the beach. Very easy to get to the beach. The road is however traffic central in the evenings and weekend, if using a taxi just watch your meter run up as you move 2 ft. Lots of shops locally supermarket just downstairs and easy parking in dedicated spot. The apartment was very bright and spacious, 3 bed rooms 2 with king size beds and 1 twin accomodates 6 people easily. Yhe views over the balcony are amaizing either the sea in the distance or along the marina. Cant fault the view. The rep that served us was also brilliant
The living room that is full sun facing had no blinds or curtains so forget about chilling and watching TV as you can't see a thing with all the reflection. There is only seating for 4 at the dining table and similar only 4 bowls or plates and cutlery. The kitchenware was very limited so if you plan to cook at the apartment think again, knives were blunt, the frying pan was useless etc. The property has a gym a pool table and table tennis as well as fuseball. There is also a pool and jacuzzi however the property has a very clear policy which is NO FUN to be had! so if your child goes in the pool even if there is no one else there, and they splash be prepared to be told off, if you sit on the lounger after getting in the pool get told off, if you walk into the pool but not at the dedicated stairs get told off. If you move around the jacuzzi and make any splashes get told off, you kinda get the picture. It might be okay for adults but don't do the butterfly stroke as that causes to many waves.
