منظر النهر بجانب المنزل جميل جدا جدا والطقس هناك حمييييل جدا هناك مساحة للتجول على الاقدام يتوفر لعبة للاطفال وكرسي متحرك وطاولة جلوس خارجية صاحب السكن رجل محترم وبشوش وذوق ولطيف جدا
البيت مقسم الى قسمين قسم في الاسفل بمدخل خاص ثم الصعود عبر درج خارجي لدخول الدور الثاني من باب اخر مما يعطي وضعا غير مريح صالة الجلوس في الدور الثاني ضيقة
