上海沪上甜馨

The location was great, within walking distance to the metro and shopping. It was great to have a place that was able to accommodate for the number of guests that we had. All the bedrooms were of generous size and the beds themselves were comfortable. Great to have air conditioning in all of the rooms. Was also great that the host was able to provide a cot for our young son.

Unfortunately the apartment could have been a bit cleaner in regards to dust and items left behind from (we presume) previous guests (e.g. behind the bathroom mirror). There was no soap to wash our hands in the bathrooms, or drinking water on arrival, so this needed to be requested from the host. Additionally, we were only supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom so when we needed more (due to unfortunately getting some traveller's diarrhoea), we did request some but weren't provided with any extra. Lastly, the hot water for the shower was a bit temperamental, sometimes we found ourselves standing there for awhile trying to wait/figure out for it to work.

Excellent location, within short walking distance to many amenities, modern food street, transport via underground train, etc.

We arrived Shanghai at Hongqiao HSR station, time taken by Didi transport to reach accommodation took a good part of one hour.

Clean, close to multiple metro stations, close to Nanjing Road, starbucks reserve
