The location was fantastic! Really convenient for East Nanjing Road, people’s park & the metro.

The hallways of the building were a tired (but nothing to do with the owner).

The apartment was great and the host was very responsive. It was a good size for a few nights, had all the extras we needed, like converter plugs! Excellent location, right next to the pedestrian area and restaurants.

This part is about the building and communal area, not the apartment unit! It's a shared building with a hotel, apartments and offices. The floor we were on stank of stale cigarettes, the carpet was filthy and the corridor was outright dirty. The lifts took forever. The smell of smoke went into the apartment.

The host was very gracious and accommodating. Christopher was very nice and helpful.

Very close to Nanjing Pedestrian Road, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The unit is spacious, 2 separate living rooms, 2 washing machines (with working dryer thank goodness!), 2 huge tv projectors, all aircon/heater in the bedrooms and living rooms to keep us warm during the freezing weather. The unit is very clean, no dust in the corner (great point as I am allergic to dust). We don’t use the kitchen much but it seems to have all the basic equipment. The owner waited for us to arrive at the property almost midnight and stayed to help us check in and settle in. He is very responsive and helpful when one day I was locked out of the unit. I will definitely stay again.
