Location was convenient to getting around the island, to restaurant, stores, ocean, etc. ; easy parking; nice park and beach across the street; beautiful and well kept grounds; comfortable and attractive apartment; perfect deck location directed at view of ocean. Nice welcome food package.
resort fee should have been displayed in detailed pricing on page one and not buried on last page.

Great view from second floor balcony, roomy apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer, speedy elevator, delightful decor and comfortable bed!
Jacuzzi heater was broken!! Heard it had been over a month and no repair on the way!

We love this location. The beach park across the street is wonderful and it is nice being so close to Wailea shops, restaurants and general beauty of this area. Also, great access to all Kihei activities, etc. The grounds at the Kamaole Sands are quite lovely!! This unit is beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable with a great view.
The unit has a couple issues... toilet paper holder falling off the wall in main bathroom, Flush handle "sticking" in the down position on the toilet in the master bathroom. Likely easy fixes. Also (no fault of the condo owner)... but the elevator in Bldg 5 was "out of order" the morning we checked out. Bad timing as our bags (too many) needed to be carried down the stairs :(
