We had a great stay! The location was perfect for our family. The condo was well stocked with dishes, towels and supplies for our stay. One suggestion would be a new and larger fry pan, but other than that, it was perfect. Thank you and we will be back!

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Looks can be deceiving. This is what we felt when we first step into this vacation rental. The cleaner did a great job cleaning the floor and linen.
This place is located in convenient location in Kihei with access to close by restaurants and beaches. It also has many amenities in the house like beach gears and board games, etc.
The bad. It is invested with ants and bugs, but this doesn’t really bother us because we know any tropical places like Hawaii it is inevitable to have bugs. After one day of staying here, we notice there’s a smell of molds from the bathroom, we notice there’s a water damage in the bathroom ceiling (both bathrooms). The smell permeated the whole house and while it looks like it’s been renovated, some area were very dated and not cleaned properly. The bathroom fans were completely clogged with dust. Furniture around the house were found be dusty, perhaps it’s been vacant for quite some time but I would think they should do a deep clean before guest checking in.
All in all, it’s an acceptable stay but I wouldn’t pay for this amount for the value.
