LOCATION: Our Unit 10-401, being 1,188 square feet of living space and lanai on the TOP-FLOOR OCEAN-CORNER of Building 10, is sunny and well-lit and well-ventilated, secure and private, and one of the closest to the beach of all units in Kamaole Sands. With views of the ocean, mountains, sunset and more, Unit 10-401 is one of the most sought-after apartments at Kamaole Sands.

AMBIENCE: Discover a place of calm, peace, balance, and sunlight, with carpeted living, dining and bed rooms, a spacious living room with a large picture view window and high mirrored walls that capture the brilliant sunsets over the Pacific, and an ocean-corner covered tiled lanai that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Kamaole Beach Park----perfect for sunset cocktails and private evening dining.

CONVENIENCE: Kamaole Sands Resort is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III, one of Maui's best parks for picnicking, snorkeling, and boogie-boarding, and also conveniently located to shops, golf courses, and some of Maui's finest restaurants in Kihei and Wailea.

John and Maysie are awesome! They brought lei's they made from the flowers in their yard for us to wear in wedding. The condo was just as we expected. Kamaole Sands is a great family friendly complex.

John and Maysie's property is absolutely stunning. They are so kind and helpful and gave us many recommendations on what to do and where to go. Their condo is spacious and they have everything you need for your stay.Highly recommend and we will definitely book with them again.
