Located at a quiet residential area, less frequent traffic outside, no noise concern at night.
The stay itself had most of the facilities needed (especially washing machine), definitely helpful.
And the stay is not far away from Subway and JR stations, and a convenient store literally next door.
All good apart from the stairs were quite steep

Overall, our stay was great. The house is near the train station and right next to 7-11! The instructions to the house, how to enter, and how to operate appliances were clear and concise. The owner is very responsive. The rooms were a great size 2 of 3 have air units. Closets are a good size, too.
The walls are a bit thin. You can hear the neighbors as they can hear us too. The stairs are a bit steep. I was traveling with my parents and aunt, and the stairwell was a bit too steep for their comfort. But it's not an issue for younger travelers!!
