Cozy Dubbo retreat - close to the zoo

Location and size of the home

It would have been lovely to have a compendium telling us a little about the house eg wifi, heating, smart tv? Whilst I contacted the host by phone, I would have preferred to have this info at the location

Clean comfortable and great location

Nothing was great. Maybe some more washing powder

The house was a good size for the 6 of us . The 2 double rooms were well spaced from the living area. The beds were comfortable and the gas heater was good on the colder days. Also there were small heaters in each bedroom. It was great to have some toys and books for the kids . It had most things we needed for our stay .

The hot water was lukewarm . Initially the communication with owner was good and they agreed to send a plumber to look at hot water service . We had hot water on our second night and I let the owner know that afternoon . We assumed someone had fixed it. The owner did not reply. This morning the water was cold . We had cold showers . I messaged owner to let her know and asked if a plumber had been the day before. She has not replied. It could also do with some more sharp knives and dish clothes to wipe benches .
