The staff are all so nice and welcoming. Our Cabin was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The heated pool was great considering we didn’t visit when the weather was overly warm. The entire pool area was clean and inviting, my son loved it.
The kids play room was very basic, no balls for the ping pong / foosball table.
Unfortunately the door on the small oven/cooktop in our cabin didn’t close properly without a bit of mucking around and we couldn’t operate both the oven and hot plates at the same time.
Both minor things which really didn’t affect our overall stay.

Really family friendly environment
Our cabin was unfortunately not to clean.
Dirty dishes in the draw and cutlery still with food on it, the floors left black dirt, dust whatever on my 12 month olds onsie and we had been inside for 2 minutes.
