Good size and location to areas I wanted to be near (Sangenjaya/Setagaya). Full amenities such as washing machine and shower room with drying features.
Only two VERY small towels provided (onsen/hand towel size). I messaged the host for extra, but this is all they will provide. The road nearby (outside bedroom window) is also surprisingly noisy at night and even louder after rain.

The place was okay for a day of 3, we spent 17 days, they had enough toilet paper and provided enough toiletries, the host was very attentive and reply fast to all my questions.
I couldn't find any glass or ceramic plates to use in the microwave. They only had plastic cups and plates. I wanted to use the big mattress, but it was dirty.

Excellent value for money! New, modern, spacious apartment. Plenty of room for 5 people, 3 minute walk to Lawson, 5 minute walk to 7-11, grocery store and pharmacy. 10 minute walk to train station with easy and fast access into Shibuya being only 3 stops away. Apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
