2階もあったし湯船もあったしテレビも付いていてよかった

駅から近くてコンビニも近くて便利だった。
冷蔵庫が水漏れした。自分が不在の時に修理をしてもらったのでそれが少し困った感じがした。

駅が近い。物件自体はあまり新しくないと感じるが、お部屋自体はインテリアも新しくそこまで古さを感じない。 ただ、お風呂に乾燥機能等はなく、お部屋内での部屋干しになり、部屋干しがベッドと重なるため、洗濯すると干すタイミングに迷いやすい
少し匂いがあり、気になる人は気になると思う
