The house is at a beautiful location with views of Saanen and Gstaad,The outdoor seating with three terrace areas to the East, South and West is brilliant! The apartment is in a beautiful location right on the edge of Gstaad. It is a very clean, modern chalet '
The locations of the apartments, surrounded by nature, are simply beautiful. It takes around 30–35 minutes on foot from Gstaad Bahnhof to reach the apartments. One can also take a bus from Gstaad Bahnhof for two stops and then walk for around 25 minutes. The owners stay on the floors above, but you have complete privacy. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are a few grocery stores near Gstaad Bahnhof—Coop and Migros. The internet in the apartments is quite stable and is good enough for remote working. The owners also give Gstaad Cards, which are extremely useful for exploring nearby areas.
One tip: if you pass by Gruben train station, you can get down there and walk downhill and then briefly uphill (about 100 meters) to reach the apartments. The distance between Gruben and the apartments is 1.3 km, compared to walking entirely uphill (around 800 m) from Gstaad Bahnhof, which is 1.4 km away. And of course, arriving by car is quite easy.
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Above Gstaad, directly on the winter hiking trail / summer hiking trail Schönried-Gstaad, we rent a 3-room apartment.
You have a lot of sun here and in three directions a wonderful view.

The Gstaad ski region has more than 200km of ski slopes. The nearest valley stations are 2 to 3 km away from the apartment. The hike to 300 km of summer hiking trails or on the very large network of prepared winter hiking trails starts next to the front door. The most beautiful extra prepared places invite you to an outdoor fondue. For your children, big new children's playgrounds, two adventure trails and a house in Saanen are available for the bad weather program. The sports centre at a distance of 2 km offers you various swimming pools (28 - 34°C), indoor and outdoor, a turbo slide and a children's paddling pool. The sports center also has steam bath, sauna, whirlpool tub, experience showers and various relaxation rooms. Pure relaxation, amidst the beautiful mountains.
Getting around
The surrounding area can be explored on foot or by bike. 500 m away is an old schoolhouse, which is still used for two kindergarten classes. There is a small playground and you can also play football.
