Large balcony with direct view to the tennis court/ice rink/beach volleyball court. Marvelous view to Gstaad and the mountains. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use are available. 1 parking space in the underground garage. Notice: From April 15 until the end of June 2026, the building façade and the chalet roof will be renovated. During this period, construction noise my occur during the day, (from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
