Really delightful family and pleasant hotel. The bedrooms and the living area and bathroom of the flat were very nice.We were a bit non plussed because we regularly rent from VRBO and (wrongly) assumed the flat had a kitchen! All it had was a couple of rings with an odd assortment of cooking utensils as well as crockery and a dishwasher and fridge. In slight desperation I asked for a microwave and this was kindly supplied. It would be helpful if the description explained renters are reliant on the hotel or other places to eat out, rather than in.Our dogs were made very welcome but the hotel is on a busy main road ( not the hotel's fault) but this made dog walking fairly unpleasant since everyone seemed to be in a hurry to get where they were going! The cars and trucks were uncomfortably close to the pavement.Again, the hotel could organise clothes washing, but a washing machine is an asset that would add to the amenities.In the end we left early which was sad especially as we had paid for the privilege of being away over Christmas.
