About this house rental
South Bend is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. This stylish and freshly updated property features 1 king bed, 2 twin on full bunks, and a couple more twins... perfect for a variety of guests. For those ND fans, the home is adorned in Notre Dame paraphernalia past and present. With a fully equipped well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. A large backyard will ensure family and friends bond while eating and drinking around our dining tables and chairs, a fire pit, and we offer a variety of yard games. Also on-site is a dual-hoop pop-a-shot game, a foosball table and an elliptical machine.
OUR INDOOR SPACE
The goal of our property is to augment your stay with a full Notre Dame experience as decor and amenities are thoughtfully appointed, celebrating Notre Dame Football history past and present.
Game weekend festivities—whether for a getaway, reunion, or family football weekend—is our focus, and our open floor plan allows for easy conversation, camaraderie and college football enjoyment on our 56-inch smart television.
Our common area includes a 6-to-10 person dining table (with extension leaves on site), a breakfast nook with expandable seating for up to four, and comfortable sofa area to unwind. Additional seating is readily available.
BEDROOMS (3)
Our pair of back bedrooms are located just off of the common area and feature a King Bed in Bedroom #1, plus a twin bed and twin trundle bed in #2. On the opposite side of our common area near the side-door entrance is our *largest bedroom, #3, adorned by two bunk beds—the bottoms both holding full mattresses and the top a pair of twins as well.
Back bedroom #2 includes a desk so adults can escape and do a little work utilizing the high speed wifi provided or the kids can do a little art-work/coloring with the provided supplies.
**For future stays, there are plans to replace the twin trundle in Bedroom #2 with a queen bed. The trundled twins will move to the larger Bedroom #3 where they will be added to the two bunk beds (twin on full size mattresses) so the number of beds onsite will sleep up to 12.
A pack n play is also available upon request.
A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Our newly renovated kitchen features a never-used refrigerator plus the following amenities:
- Keurig Coffee Maker
- Mr. Coffee 5-cup mini-brew coffee-maker
-Oven and stovetop with four gas burners and a griddle
-Dishwasher
-Microwave
-Toaster
-Ample high-quality pots and pans
-good quality sharp knives
-high chair and booster seat with straps on site
-basic spices/seasonings are provided
BATHROOM
Our newly-renovated bathroom includes a shower with a collection of new towels. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a blow dryer are also provided.
OUTDOOR OPTIONS
The long driveway has two parking lanes and can easily accommodate five cars with street parking likewise available outside the home.
