Spacious 4-bed home just 2 miles to ND

The property was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay, including a washer and dryer. There was plenty of room for my family, and my kids appreciated having separate bedrooms where they could spread out and watch TV. The location was convenient, the air conditioning worked great, and the beds were very comfortable. There were a few things that could be improved. The shower had a window that was not covered, and although it was positioned higher on the wall, you could still see into the bathroom from outside, which made my family uncomfortable and didn't provide the level of privacy we expected. Additionally, the curtains in the living room and one of the bedrooms did not fully cover the windows. The sunlight came in early, making it difficult to sleep, and the gap in the bedroom curtains made us feel uneasy when changing clothes because it seemed possible to see inside from outside. We also would have preferred a deadbolt lock on the front and side doors. The doors relied on the doorknob lock, and with children in the house, having an interior deadbolt would have made us feel more secure.Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The spacious layout, comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning, convenient location, and access to a washer and dryer made it a pleasant place to stay for a few nights.

Host was great to communicate and nice variety of beds in the room. Plenty of space for a group. The one bathroom is a bit on the small side. While I really appreciate how the shower was nice and hot, the water pressure left a lot to desire. We also cooked several meals and would have love some more options for cooking items such as different pans, mixing bowls, etc. But only being two miles from Notre Dame was a huge plus. Would recommend for any group coming in.

Property was nice.

Host was welcoming and communicated well. However, the house was not cleaned very well and needed attention. Broken glass in the front sidewalk. Lampost was ripped out of the ground and lay destroyed in the front yard. I seriously thought the house had been vandalized. House was ok but the furniture and rugs were not clean and were worn out. Overall, I was disappointed.
