On a 4 acre property set in the jungle you will find an oasis of lush tropical gardens, birds & wildlife, two inviting pools, hammocks & sitting areas, peace & tranquility. Our accommodations are simple and so is our concept: RELAX AND ENJOY YOUR VACATION!
We have 8 vacation rental bungalows to host interesting travelers from all over the world. Our family is always around to assist you and give local advice.

-Bedroom with comfortable king size bed, ceiling fan and air-conditioning with dehumidifying feature
-Clean and modern bathroom with on demand hot water pressured stall shower
-Sitting room with Futon
-Dining area with seating for 2 to 4 persons
-Private shaded deck, perfect for morning coffee and a book
-Equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven/stove, toaster, coffeemaker, purified drinking water, cookware, tableware and flatware
-Free WIFI in all rooms!!!
- Sleeps 2 Adults + we can make up bed for small child.

Other things to note
-No cleaning fee, no list of chores before departure!
-Rooms come with fresh bedding, bath towels and beach towels. Your room will be cleaned every 3 days and new towels provided. Bed linens changed once per week.
-Free WIFI in all rooms
-Safe areas for kids to play outside!
-Gated parking available for free on site - Car is highly recommended.
-We rent cars on property - inquire for details.
-Quiet Hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, out of respect for other guests, please keep noise level down.
-We do have 2 cats who roam around and dogs who are in a gated area.
-This is the Jungle - There will be bugs, spiders, iguanas plus various other wild animals.
Additional rules
CAMP RULES
1. No smoking in rooms (Outside is OK, but not in pool or pool deck)
2. Absolutely no illegal drugs allowed on property
3. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
4. No unattended children in the pool
5. There is a replacement fee for lost or damaged items
6. Additional guests must be registered; charges may apply
7. The Management is not responsible for valuables left in room
8. Please lock doors & windows when not in the room
9. Have fun!
10. Most importantly, please note we are on self-generated electricity and it is extremely expensive. Turn off the air-conditioning, fans and lights when not at home. Do not run air-conditioning with windows or doors open. Please conserve energy when possible, thank you!
QUIET HOURS
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
It is not allowed to congregate in groups in common areas, pool deck or patios & terraces during quiet hours. During these hours we also ask that you keep noise and music to a minimum inside your house. Please be respectful to all guests!
CHECK-OUT
It is not expected for you to clean your room upon your departure. However, we do appreciate it being left tidy!
MONTHLY RENTALS
Discounted monthly rentals only receive weekly cleaning with full bed linen and towel change. Hygienic bathroom supplies (TP, shampoo, soap) are not included.
