Bright and fully private house with panoramic views of the mountains. Modern, on one level, air-conditioned and cozy, it is perfectly equipped.
During your stay, you can enjoy exclusively the house, the garden, the terraces, the jacuzzi, the petanque court and the private parking. No space or equipment is shared with other travellers.

Completely renovated and perfectly equipped, it includes a private courtyard allowing you to easily park several vehicles.
The large open kitchen, equipped with a Thermomix, opens onto the dining room and the living room with sofa bed (140 cm), TV and PS4 console.
The first bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm), a large dressing room, a TV and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (160 cm), a dressing room, a TV and its own bathroom with toilet.
A second separate toilet and a fully equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer) are also at your disposal.
All TVs have Netflix access.
Outside, a covered terrace will allow you to have breakfast facing the garden and the forest. The large terrace offers an exceptional view of the mountains to share a meal, play petanque or relax in the private jacuzzi, accessible all year round. . Very easy to access, only 5 minutes from the Chambéry motorway exit.
