Luxurious Villa Overlooking Lac Bourget

Great property, fantastic location - beautiful views over Lac de Bourget.

This property is a modern property with glass picture walls looking out over lake and mountains. You could spend all your holiday sitting on the terraces just enjoying the most amazing views. But if you can tear yourselves away the property is comfortable and well equipped and provides a superb base to explore the Savoie region. Highlights were Annecy, Aix les Bains and Lyon.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle maison à la vue à couper le souffle ! Une route à traverser pour rejoindre le magnifique lac du Bourget ainsi que le départ de plusieurs randonnées. Bruce le propriétaire a été très réactif à chacune de nos demandes. Un Grand merci à lui.

Lovely house with stunning views. Easy walk to lake and very pleasant small town. Well stocked house. We enjoyed it but it is let down by the fact it needs a really good clean, tidy and fix up. Lots of food left in house from multiple previous occupants, some rotting. White hairs on most beds on arrival (possibly pet hair). Bare wires hanging, some lights not working and missing wooden panels down in places.Outside building materials lying around in multiple places and garden renovation half completed and looks abandoned. Balconies are great but loose boarding needs fixing and one unuseable as a result. A good tidy up would do this place wonders.
