- There is a sauna and smoker grill located on the property. These are NOT available for use for guests.

- Free street parking in front of the house. It is public parking. It is typically available, except during events. We have provided two orange cones to use to reserve your spots during event weekends.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
