The house was in a great location. Walking distance to town and 1/2 hour or so to great backcountry skiing and Ski Cooper. It was spacious even for 5 of us. It was clean, and well stocked.

Great 3/3 located 4 blocks from downtown. Check in process was perfect. I had one question for Cristina and it was answered immediately. Plenty of towels/ blankets and whatever you do, don't go to Safeway for condiments/spices until you check out what's already in stock. We took our own soap and shampoo but if you forgot it, it's there. Easy front street parking. We did not make a fire but had we wanted to, everything was there. Plenty of space for everybody. Highly recommend and will definately try to book next time we are in Leadville!!!

The location is perfect. It was easy to walk to the start of the Leadville 100. The home is very cozy and comfortable. We were able to hook our laptops up via HDMI to the TVs and easily use Netflix and Youtube TV for our watching needs. But by far, the best feature is the kitchen. I would say it is the best kitchen we have ever had in a rental. We fear not having the right things for cooking before our endurance events. Upon arrival, we all smiled with amazing satisfaction. Rice maker, crock pot and waffle iron all in stock along with good pans and knives. The spice cabinet is stocked so we did not have to buy the basics. It was so much fun to cook together in this kitchen. Truly the best feature of the home. The host was super communicative. We did not need anything during our stay but I know she would have been there if we did. Highly recommend and will be booking again for the next race in Leadville.

The house was very cozy, had plenty of space to spread out, and has multiple restrooms for privacy. We came up for a quick weekend ski trip and enjoyed the space to hang out and relax. Wifi was fast and reliable. The host even worked with us to allow a few extra guests (who brought their own air mattress) that joined our trip last minute. Host was also great at communicating the rules of the house as well as fun activities to do during our visit. I would recommend to anyone with a group size of 6 people or less that like their own space/privacy.

The house was ideally located 3 blocks off of the Main Street in Leadville. The house has incredible view of Mt. Massive and Mt. Elbert. We used the house as a home base for hiking 14ers. It had absolutely everything we needed for a great stay!

We loved this property. It was perfect for us (two couples, no kids). All three bedrooms are on the left (in a row down the hallway) and the kitchen, dining, and living areas on the right side. The first two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom (accessible from the bedrooms, but not the main living area), and the third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The third (and biggest) bathroom is at the back of the house, not attached to any of the bedrooms, and is accessible from the common living areas. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with a lot of things that you want but don't want to buy a whole container of on vacation (coffee, a variety of teas, sugar, honey, cocoa powder, spices, and even some pancake/waffle mixes, basic condiments, etc.). The bathrooms had plenty of linens and some shampoo, conditioner, and soap (in case you forget yours like we did!) and were very, very clean. The hot water gets very hot, very fast, and the showerheads are high, so tall people should be comfortable. There is a HUGE table in the dining room for everyone to eat at, and the couches in the living room were extremely comfortable. I slept on the large couch one night because my husband was snoring. The chaise called my name every time we got back from a day of skiing. It was so comfy. Check in and check out was easy - the owner will send you the code to the lockbox for the key (located near the front door) about a day before you arrive. To check out, just put the key back in the lockbox using the same code and be on your merry way. The only "negatives" (and they weren't really that bad) about the property are: (1) There is a "trapdoor" in the kitchen floor right before the hallway to the third bedroom. Stepping on the "trapdoor" is unavoidable when accessing the third bedroom or common area bathroom due to the layout of the house, and the trapdoor gives quite a bit. It was a little scary at first walking over the trapdoor, so if there is a way to add extra support, that would be nice. (2) We were charged a pretty hefty cleaning fee, but also asked to essentially clean the house before we left (except for showers, toilets, and washing linens) so I'm not sure why the cleaning fee should be so high. (3) We were pretty much forced to pay for additional property damage insurance, which should really be carried by the property owner and should be covered by the nightly fee - not an additional charge. Overall great place! 9/10

This was the perfect house for our recent stay in Leadville. The location is blocks from the main street, the house was immaculate and very spacious. It has wonderful modern touches but also has a super comfy vibe, a perfect combination that fits well for Leadville! Cristina was an amazing host, super fast with correspondence and a delight to work with. I highly recommend this house and would love the opportunity to stay again!
