Beautifully remodeled 3 bed/3 bath sunny Victorian is two blocks away from the main street and Mineral Belt trail with a fully equipped kitchen and a lot of storage space.
1st floor:
Living Room: 55" tv, gas stove with thermostat
Master Bedroom: full bed, baby crib
Kids Bedroom: twin/full bunk bed with trundle, gas stove with thermostat
Bathroom: full with a clawfoot tub with shower
Kitchen: fully equipped including pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker, french press, toaster, gas stove, dishwasher, dishes, silverware and more.
Laundry Room: washer and dryer, gas stove with thermostat
Bathroom: full with tub
2nd floor:
Hall: gas fireplace with thermostat, twin sleeper sofa and a twin air mattress
Bedroom: queen bed, electric heater
Bathroom: spacious 3/4 with shower

Great location! The house was super clean and had everything we needed plus more. I wish we brought our dogs! They have a great fenced in yard. Erika was really great, fantastic communication and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful! The house is positively charming. Erika made everything easy and we were so comfortable. It was great hiking access for the hikers, and easy walks to town for those wanting to stick close. The fenced-in yard made it particularly dog-friendly. Erika also was kind and supportive while there was a fire nearby. Fortunately we didn't need to evacuate, but she made it clear that we'd work things out if we needed to leave early, which set our minds at ease. A wonderful trip!

Erika was super responsive and such a gracious host. The house was perfect for the weekend and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Home is within walking distance of downtown and the Mineral Belt Trail. Convenient to highway access as well. The only complaint I have is the upstairs was very stuffy/hot (August stay), even when keeping the windows open. The owner supplied two small rechargeable fans (size of my palm) that turned off after a couple hours of use. I was able to make it work, but a larger fan or ceiling fans need to be installed to aid with airflow. I would stay here again - but claim a downstairs bedroom!
