Beautifully remodeled 3 bed/3 bath sunny Victorian is two blocks away from the main street and Mineral Belt trail with a fully equipped kitchen and a lot of storage space.
1st floor:
Living Room: 55" tv, gas stove with thermostat
Master Bedroom: full bed, baby crib
Kids Bedroom: twin/full bunk bed with trundle, gas stove with thermostat
Bathroom: full with a clawfoot tub with shower
Kitchen: fully equipped including pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker, french press, toaster, gas stove, dishwasher, dishes, silverware and more.
Laundry Room: washer and dryer, gas stove with thermostat
Bathroom: full with tub
2nd floor:
Hall: gas fireplace with thermostat, twin sleeper sofa and a twin air mattress
Bedroom: queen bed, electric heater
Bathroom: spacious 3/4 with shower
The house is equipped with wifi but not cable.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this beautiful home. I stayed for the Leadville 100 and it was perfect — plenty of space to prep gear and food, within walking distance of downtown, amazing yard and space to relax outside and watch the hummingbirds buzz around. The hosts were extremely gracious and communicated well. Thank you so much for hosting me! I would book this charming home again in a heartbeat. It’s really a Leadville gem :)

Home is within walking distance of downtown and the Mineral Belt Trail. Convenient to highway access as well. The only complaint I have is the upstairs was very stuffy/hot (August stay), even when keeping the windows open. The owner supplied two small rechargeable fans (size of my palm) that turned off after a couple hours of use. I was able to make it work, but a larger fan or ceiling fans need to be installed to aid with airflow. I would stay here again - but claim a downstairs bedroom!
