Relax with the whole family at this comfortable, newly built house located minutes from Lake Hartwell and Clemson University. This house is a great option for fishermen, football fans, and those in town to visit family and friends. Boats are allowed and will have access to charging.
This spacious home is great for entertaining with lots of seating in the open kitchen & living room, a backyard area with patio furniture and a grill, plus plenty of games, tvs, and fast wifi.
Garage has been built into a climate controlled gtee ball. with entertainment for the whole family. Games include pinball, Golden Tee, ping pong, dartboard, and retro video games. Outdoor games provided include: basketball with adjustable hoop, cornhole, slamball, soccer, and teeball.

This is my second stay. Home is beautiful. The host was great. Home is stocked with everything. The home had lots of cereal, but we purchased our own. Other guests may have left those; I don't eat out of open packages, just a habit. I'm sure they were fine. Great, great, great home away from home. Access was okay, just a lovely place to stay

The house is beautiful, clean, and very inviting. If you are visiting the Anderson/Clemson area with family, this is the perfect house. We went to Anderson to attend my first cousin's funeral. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which really helped with the grieving. Omg, this house was fully stocked. Coffee lovers, no need to bring any coffee or cream; the selections are unbelievable. Towels, laundry supplies, ect, This house has it all. This host went beyond and above to provide their guests a great stay. Whenever visiting my family in Anderson/Clemson area I will definitely seek availability for this GEM.
