Beautiful 180° views on deep water

This newly renovated and newly decorated house has 3 bedrooms that have their own bathrooms and patio overlooking the water. Everyone has a mini-suite of their own! The kitchen is supplied with all the basic essentials and includes a brand new electric convection oven and refrigerator. Beach towels, bathrooms towels, and bedding is provided. Relax on the screened-in porch and enjoy views of the lake with a cup of coffee (or other preferred beverage). The table on the screened-in porch is perfect for conversation among family and friends, dining, and board/card games. The downstairs patio also has a table with seating for 4 and a swing bench - perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery or engrossing yourself in a book.

The main level at the house has 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen) with blackout curtains and the downstairs has 1 bedroom (2 bunk beds - full on bottom and twin on top). The basement living room also has a daybed with a trundle bed which can sleep 2 more. The basement living room has a full size table that seats 6, a 48" flat screen tv with an XBOX ONE, and a dartboard (great for rainy days). The property has high speed internet (50MB download and 5MB upload), a Weber gas grill, and a fire pit with seating. No cable subscription is available, but feel free to bring your wifi-enabled devices to watch content via the wi-fi or also on the XBOX ONE. The XBOX ONE has many apps to watch your favorite network cable shows as well as Netflix and many other streaming services. All NFL games are available on the XBOX ONE during football season through the NFL, FOX Sports, CBS, NBC, or ESPN apps. The property also has board games, playing cards, and poker chips as additional entertainment options.

Enjoy the fantastic sunrise and sunset from the upper level of the dock! 180 degree views of the lake from the dock. Water depth at the dock is 30+ feet deep - great for swimming and floating! Excellent fishing without leaving the property. Our boat is in the dock slip (not available for use), but feel free to bring any vessels of your own as the dock is set up for additional boats to be tied up to.

Historic downtown Hartwell is less than 20 minutes away. Several restaurants and marinas are available within 20 minutes by water or car. The Mary Ann Branch public boat ramp is less than 10 minutes away. Clemson is 45 minutes away by water or car.

There is a 'no pet' policy for this property. The washer/dryer units in the storage room are available for use.

For those interested in staying at the lakehouse and attending a Clemson game, the campus is 40 miles away by car.
