The secondary living room provides a cozy alternative space, ideal for kids to play or for splitting up the group. Please note that the downstairs area, which includes one of the living rooms and the game room, is accessed via a separate exterior door, offering added privacy. The dedicated game room is a standout feature, complete with a full size pool table for endless entertainment. The four bedrooms are generously sized and tastefully decorated, featuring a mix of king, queen, and bunk beds to ensure a restful night for all. Each room offers ample storage and fresh linens. The home includes three full bathrooms equipped with modern fixtures, towels, and essential toiletries. Outdoors, you will find multiple dining areas and a screened porch perfect for grilling. The private dock serves as your personal launchpad for lake adventures, including boating and kayaking. **Lake levels fluctuate throughout the year and may affect lake access, dock use, and water activities. Guests are responsible for verifying current lake levels before booking and again before arrival.** Please research Lake Hartwell prior to booking to be fully aware of lake levels.

You will have full and private access to the entire four bedroom house during your stay. This includes the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable living areas, the game room, and the outdoor garden and patio spaces. Guests also enjoy exclusive private access to the lake and dock, perfect for relaxing by the water. We utilize a convenient smart lock system for your arrival, and your unique entry code will be sent to you forty eight hours before check in to ensure a seamless and contactless experience. While we offer complete privacy throughout your stay, we are always available twenty four hours a day via messaging should you require any assistance.

To reach our lakefront home, we recommend traveling by car as public transportation is limited in this quiet residential area of Anderson. You will have access to free parking directly on the premises for your convenience. Please remember to disclose the number of vehicles you plan to have on site at the time of your booking. The property is located approximately forty five minutes from Greenville Spartanburg International Airport, making a rental car the most efficient way to explore the lake and surrounding attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Important Information for Your Stay. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A signed Renter Agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. For last-minute reservations made within 48 hours of arrival, the agreement must be signed within 4 hours, and entry codes will only be provided once this is completed. Please note that the lower level, featuring a living area and game room, is accessed via a separate exterior door. Lake levels on Lake Hartwell fluctuate throughout the year and may impact dock use; guests are responsible for verifying these levels prior to booking and arrival. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are permitted, and the number of guests and vehicles must be disclosed at the time of booking. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property; if you must smoke, please do so at least 15 feet away from the home and dispose of waste properly. Pets are not allowed.
