About this apartment rental

Our idyllically located vacation rental near Neuburg an der Donau is situated below the little church in Joshofen.
We live on the first floor of our house with our three cats.
The vacation rental is located on the first floor.
Joshofen is a very beautiful neighborhood of Neuburg an der Donau. We’re about 5 kilometers from the city center. A gorgeous bike path or walking trail runs along the Danube to Neuburg. A swimming lake with a sunbathing area is just 500 meters away. There’s also a sports bar with a beer garden in town. A village store that’s open on Fridays is 100 meters away.
The listed price is per night for an occupancy of 4 people.
I’ll reduce the price by €20 per person. For 3 people, the rate is 120 €; for 2 people, 100 €; and for 1 person, 80 €. Conversely, I add 20 € for 5 people (making the rate 160 €) and 180 € for 6 people.
There is a 10% discount for stays of 3 nights or more.
If you’d like to book for a longer period, I’d be happy to provide a customized quote.
