Our cozy and light-filled vacation rental is located on the first floor above the garage and features its own separate entrance—ideal for an undisturbed and relaxing stay
It’s especially lovely in the early morning hours when the morning sun illuminates the terrace. In this peaceful atmosphere, it’s a wonderful way to start the day with a cup of coffee or tea!
On the first floor, the vacation rental includes a small garden surrounded by a hedge, perfect for relaxing outdoors. There are two parking spaces available right in front of it.

For your stay, we ask that you provide a security deposit of 100 euros. The security deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the rental property and no additional costs have been incurred. If any damage is found, the amount will be refunded minus the cost of repairs.
Morgensonne Apartment:
The spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen forms the heart of the apartment and invites you to cook, eat, and relax together. A TV and free Wi-Fi are, of course, available.
The vacation apartment accommodates up to six people and features:
A bedroom with a comfortable double bed
Another bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm)
A cozy sleeping area in an attic alcove with two additional single beds (90 x 200 cm), accessible via a ladder especially popular with children or guests who are young at heart
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and milk frother—perfect for a relaxing stay that feels just like home.
The bathroom features a shower, washing machine, and dryer—convenient even for longer stays.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
