Villa Viktoria 3 - Apartments

Nice neighborhood location in a quiet street. Very thick walls mean that it's quiet and cool inside on a hot day, especially if you use the blinds to keep out the sun in daytime. Whoever put a ceiling fan in the bedroom was a genius! Kitchen had everything we could need in terms of pits, pans and appliances.

Parking can get a little tight, so be prepared to park on the street if it is full. Door system takes a little time to get used to: there is no sound indicating that things are unlocked. You just have to turn the knob. These are minor things.

Clean rooms, comfortable clean beds and pillows, and nice kitchen. Owner and staff was very responsive to questions.

Apartment 6 could use an entry mat inside the entrance door. Kitchen could use a view more spices.

Moderne Küche, gut ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer ebenfalls modern gestaltet. Ca. 20 Min. in die Altstadt zu Fuß.

Unter „Bad“ versteht man in der Regel, dass eine Toilette integriert ist, was aber nicht der Fall war. Wenn zusätzlich ein WC in der Beschreibung aufgelistet ist, geht man von 2 WCs aus. Also etwas irreführend. Und bei einer 6er Belegung sind 2 WCs schon Voraussetzung. Das größte Schlafzimmer hatte keine Tür, sondern nur einen Vorhang als Abtrennung zum Essbereich/ Wohnzimmer. Die Nähe zur Bahnstrecke bedeutet Ohrstöpsel in der Nacht und Gesprächspausen auf der Terrasse. Getrennte Müllentsorgung war nicht erkennbar, landete alles in einer Tonne.
