(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nicely decorated at every turn! Stunning view & extra large balcony area!! Linens for kitchen, beds & baths were abundant… love this!! Some great small appliances that were happy surprises! Quite complex & convenient to great eats! Will definitely stay here again!

This place was gorgeous!! We loved everything about it, had everything we needed. Was in a good location. The only negative was we had to leave a day early because of Hurricane Helene. Will be back!!

This condo blew us away-from the fresh clean scent when you walk in the door to the beautiful updates and decor. It was amazing! The outdoor space was awesome too! We will definitely be staying here again!
