La ubicacion, la limpieza y la rapidez al responder si necesitabas algo.
La puerta principal al ser traslucida dejaba pasar la luz y molesta un poco si alguien baja y enciende la luz. La cerradura de ambas puertas. Y las escaleras son un poco peligrosas.

Excelente alojamiento. La ubicación es muy buena, ideal para recorrer Sevilla. Todo estaba limpio y en perfectas condiciones. El propietario fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier necesidad. Me permitió extender la estancia cuando lo necesité y, además, el día de mi vuelo temprano olvidé unas pertenencias dentro del apartamento después de haber entregado las llaves. Lo contacté y vino enseguida para abrirme, lo cual agradezco muchísimo.
