The location is very good (plenty of deer outside) & quiet, there is a lake close by. Most spaces are quite big and the beds are wonderful. All the basics are available in the kitchen and the host even provided some snacks as a welcoming gesture. It takes one hour and a bit (if no other delays) to drive to Yosemite Valley. There is a nice supermarket close by.
The entry fee for the peaceful gated community where this property is located is currently $50 for 7 days (even if you stay less). This should be communicated in advance, although I see some other guests mentioning this now as well. During arrival, it turned that I was not registered correctly, but this was solved within reasonable time.

Very Nice place, very cozy and in a beatiful location. The outdoor space was fantastic! Would definitely recommend!!!

The home was beautiful and well equipped, the beds were comfy, it had pretty much everything we needed, it was close to the lake and we really enjoyed our stay and would highly likely go back.
There was a fee upon entering the Lake community that we were not aware of ahead of time which was slightly frustrating, but at the end of the day this did not effect our stay or our time at the home.
