Our Pine Mountain Lake Chalet is perched on the 13th Fairway of the of the beautiful championship golf course. Frequented by hummingbirds, quail, deer, and wild turkeys, our property will provide you with limitless opportunities to soak in the flora and fauna of the Pine Mountain Lake region.
Indulge in the warmth of our wrap around deck and serene views as you BBQ and socialize. The home is furnished with comfy sofas perfect for post-hike relaxation or winter fireside snuggles. Entertainment is at your fingertips with our 50” 4K UHD TV, Netflix, Amazon, Disney +. Keep kids engaged and having fun with a dedicated game room with shuffle board, darts, and ping pong, while the adults can layout a poker table topper and have a no limit family poker night.
Our fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a hearty breakfast before a day of exploring Yosemite or the Lake. Round up the kids and enjoy a delicious meal together at our spacious dining room table.
After a day of exploring, relax in our tranquil bedrooms or relax and unwind in the master bathroom’s 2-person jetted tub.
Our outdoor areas also provide the perfect setting for relaxing in the view of the Golf course and the many birds and wildlife that surrounds the neighborhood.

There are board games, shuffle board, and a poker table top that fits perfectly on the dining room table. Also a tournament grade table tennis setup is in the garage with pro grade spin paddles and balls.
COMMUNITY AMMENITIES
There is a fee of $50 per car to enter the community and it gives access to beaches and all the fun of PML and is good for 7 days. Check website for included amenities. This property is located only 2 blocks from Dunn Beach on the lake. In busy summer months it is challenging to find parking and situate the family for lake activities. When you stay with us you can walk very easily down to the shoreline. Very conveniently located.
GOLF
Call ahead of your trip up to 14 days in advance to reserve your Tee time. Visit Pine Mountain Lake's website for details. All golf equipment is Bring your own, we don't offer clubs at this time.
HOUSE RULES
As a formality but in all seriousness. There are not parties or gathers of any kind at this property. No unauthorized guests or pets. NO FIREWORKS of any kind including sparklers. No smoking or illicit use of drugs on the premises. If evidence or odor of such activities is discovered by our clean team there will be an additional fee of $250 added to your reservation. Please do not allow pets to linger on carpeted areas if they are prone to potty accidents.There will be an extra cleaning fee if pet urine or dedication are detected. Thank you for helping us respect our home, neighbors and community :)
