About this house rental
Our home is located on the 9th Fairway of Pine Mountain's Championship golf course within an easy walk to the Pool, Pickle Ball courts, Clubhouse & Restaurant. You can view golfers, deer, turkeys from our large wrap around deck. Geese & ducks enjoy the pond located across the golf course. Our home hosts 2- 50" Smart TV's, Central heat & air conditioning & ceiling fans for your comfort. You will enjoy the compact, well-stocked kitchen and dining area in the open design which seats 6 looking out the picture windows at the course. Extra bar seating is a bonus. During the Fall & Winter months, cozy up to our beautiful hearth & fireplace made easy for you to enjoy with a remote access. (No wood to worry about!)

> Open living, dining, kitchen w/bar to accommodate all.
> Upstairs loft area features game table, seating, board games, books, cards, dominoes
& puzzles located in the closet. 2- 50"Smart TVs with streaming of your favorite sites
such as Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon, Hulu, etc.
> Upstairs master bedroom is carpeted and has comfy King bed, and a daybed for
adults or kids. Lots of closet space private bathroom access, & TV.
> Downstairs bedrooms are carpeted with comfy Queen beds, located at rear of home
for quiet relaxation.
> Overhead fans are featured in loft area, and living room for guest comfort.
> Central heating and air conditioning assures comfortable temperatures throughout
the home during winter or summer months.
> Washer/dryer with laundry detergent provided for your convenience.
> Off of the front deck is the golf course fairway, with a small pond . In the evenings
you can watch the deer grazing, turkeys & geese.
> Our gas BBQ is perfect for grilling up your steaks & burgers.
> Our home is a 5 minute drive to Groveland where you'll find Mar Val Grocery; organic
foods, butcher dept. & great wine selection. The Iron Door Saloon (oldest running
bar in Calif) is a must see, museum, park, coffee houses & casual restaurants are
located here.
> Within PML community you have access to an 18 hole Championship Golf Course,
Clubhouse & Grill, arrange for a Pickle Ball game. Use the Community Swimming
Pool which also has Ping Pong, Ice cream & snacks available. Pool hours for guests
are 12pm- 8pm (Bring your guest pass for entry)
> 3 public beaches with seasonal boat, SUP & kayak rentals,(Marina Beach)this beach
has a Lakeside Cafe which is open daily from May-Mid Sept and is very good. Burgers,
ice cream etc. Grass & shade trees go down to Lake. BBQ's & picnic tables provided
for lunch/dinner.
Dunn Ct Beach & Lake Lodge Beach are smaller & don't have all the amenities but
are quieter.
> Beautiful equestrian center for horseback riding. Trail rides & lessons available.

> We do allow pets (no more than 2) at our sole discretion. Please check with us first. A
one time charge of $150. will be charged. Pine Mtn Lake has a very strict leash law.
Do not allow your dog off leash during your stay. There is a dog park a short drive
from our home where your dogs can play off leash. This is a great dog park. Let me
know if you are interested and I can give you the combination to get into the gate.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: We do have a gated deck, but since dogs sometimes get
anxious in a new environment and bark excessively, scratch doors to get in, etc.
please consider taking them with you when you leave for the day. You will be
financially responsible for any damages that your dog may incur.
> Bus service to Yosemite leaves from the Mary Levorni Park near MarVal in Groveland
if you prefer not to drive. Check out YARTS public transportation site for rates,
routes & schedules.
