THE SPACE
You’ll have full private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin, including the living areas, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, deck, private hot tub and garage game room.
The cabin also includes heating and AC, laundry, fast Starlink Wi-Fi and parking for 2–3 vehicles in the private driveway.
THE COMMUNITY
Pine Mountain Lake is a quiet, family-friendly mountain community surrounded by forests and mountain scenery. Guests can enjoy the community lake, beaches, golf and other recreational amenities, subject to HOA rules and applicable fees.
Groveland’s historic Main Street, with cafés, markets and local restaurants, is just minutes away.
GETTING HERE & AROUND
A car is recommended. Yosemite’s west entrance is approximately 35–40 minutes away, depending on traffic and weather.
The driveway is steep, which is common for mountain homes. Very low-clearance vehicles, sports cars or lowered vehicles may scrape when entering or exiting. Please approach slowly and at a slight angle.
Winter driving conditions may apply. Check road conditions and carry chains when required.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Pine Mountain Lake gate fee: A mandatory $50 fee per vehicle, per visit is paid directly to the HOA at the security gate upon arrival. Guests receive detailed arrival instructions before check-in. Please follow the provided gate directions, as GPS may route you to a different community entrance.
• Hot tub: Please follow the posted hot tub guidelines. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Security cameras: Three exterior cameras monitor the driveway, front entry and right side of the property. There are no cameras inside the cabin or in private areas.
• Mountain setting: Expect wildlife, variable weather and seasonal road conditions.
Guest Count & Pricing
Your reservation must reflect the correct number of guests. The base rate includes 6 guests; additional guests are $25 per person, per night. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children.
Pets (Dogs Only)
Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $50 fee per dog. Cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns. Please include pets in your reservation. Dogs must be supervised or crated when left inside, kept off beds and furniture, and cleaned up after outdoors. Pets are not permitted in or near the hot tub.
Hot Tub
Please follow the posted hot tub guidelines. No glass is permitted in or around the hot tub. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please replace and secure the cover after use.
Game Room
The garage game room features arcade games, air hockey, shuffleboard, PS4, Nintendo and Super Nintendo. Children should be supervised, and we ask that all games and equipment be treated with care.
Commercial Use
Small-scale photo or video shoots may be allowed with prior approval. Large crews, disruptive filming, or activities that violate Pine Mountain Lake community rules are not permitted. Please contact us before booking.
