Creekside Cabin

Location was great, this house is located in a gated community with gold courses, a lake and more. We stayed there to go to Yosemite for several days, which is still a 40 min drive to the Big Oak Flat (West) Entrance, after which it is still an hour drive to Yosemite Valley. Although quite far to drive several days, we didn't mind as much as the drive there is scenic. The house is big and has great amenities, the kitchen is fully stocked even with Tupperware which was great to bring snacks.

Upon arrival one of the beds wasn't clean, sheets didn't seem refreshed. One of the bathrooms was clearly not cleaned, there were flies and hairs in the bathtub. After providing feedback, they immediately contacted us to make sure this was fixed, which we greatly appreciated.

Lovely home with lots of space. Nice hot tub. Good location.

Not very private, no curtains on the bottom kitchen level and the neighbours are always out on their deck looking straight in.

We liked the hotel style shampoos and soaps, location, size and facilities.

When we arrived the front property was filled with litter. Upon entering the property the beds had dirty sheets, the toilets were dirty. cobwebs around, old food left in the cabinets and fridge, garage smelt of trash because it wasn't empty, and the coffee machine glass decanter was disgusting with caked on old coffee. They did send a person to clean and we left the property for 3 hours. In the morning, my wife opened the coffee filter and it was filled with green mold. The jacuzzi was dirty especially the side closest to the railing, the second bathroom kept on clogging and my son and his girlfriend used the downstairs toilet throughout the vacation of 5 nights. I didn't bother to complain about the last three situations because I didn't want to stress myself and enjoy my vacation. We own 2 rental properties and we have our cleaning crew check off all the required tasks so they take full responsibility for incompetence.
