It was perfect place to stay for what we wanted to do

It was clean and staff very friendly

This was one of our favorite stays in Kazakhstan. From booking, staff was excellent with communication. Elena messaged us the day we were due to arrive, welcomed us once we did, and ensured all of our needs were met for the duration of our two day stay. All of the staff went above and beyond, from showing us around, cooking us awesome meals, and keeping us warmed by the fire pit at night. We stayed in a yurt, and it was so comfortable and well-decorated. There were many pillows and blankets, air conditioning, comfy bean bags, plugs, and the beds were great. They provided towels as well, and their bathroom and shower facilties looked brand new. They had chairs outside of all the stays, which was great for relaxing and socializing. And when I say these folks went above and beyond, I mean it. They gave us excellent advice for visiting Altyn Emel, walking us through how to get to each place and recommendations. They also helped another couple, who unfortunately got two flats while in the park. We could not recommend this place more. Great service, people, and location.

Optimale Lage für Besucher des Nationalparks. Interessante Varianten zum Schlafen im Angebot. Die Jurten sind zu empfehlen. Blitzsaubere sanitäre Anlagen (WC mit Analduschen!). Extrem fürsorgliche und hilfsbereite Betreiber. Man organisiert Touren und ist maximal am Wohlbefinden der Gäste interessiert. Die angebotenen Mahlzeiten sind gut.

Hébergements confortables, personnel très sympa, sanitaires neufs et très propres, calme, très bons repas du soir, tarifs compétitifs, très bon point de départ pour explorer le parc Altyn-Emel.

La zone des caravanes était chantier au moment de mon séjour (juin 2026) en prévision de la pose d'un dallage de pierres, mais ça ne devrait être que temporaire.
