Great location within the nationalpark with amazing sunset views above the canyon

There should be extra toilets and showers for guests of the glamping tents as the only toilets we could use were the toilets in the visitors centre which were also used by all other visitors and closed between 11pm-8am. Also there was only one shower we could use and it was the shower for the staff. If the accommodation itself was cheaper I wouldn’t have minded but given the price I think it would be fair to offer at least two showers and a separate toilet for guests who stay in the tents.

Amazing choice for Charyn Canyon! Incredible experience waking up there and all the rooms are clean and large! The people are very friendly also!

Great location right at the canyon. Breakfast is included which is nice. Star gazing at night is a must.

The room stunk- like legitimately smelt so bad we had to air it out for an hour. I wonder if there is something wrong with the septic system? There also is no wifi at all- but I suppose that’s expected as you are rather remote. The room also didn’t even have any water. The tv doesn’t work at all. You also have to manually turn on the hot water and it takes time to heat up- no one told us this so we had cold showers at the end of the day waiting for the hot water cylinder to heat up. The restaurant attached is so expensive and really average- half the time they don’t have what you are even asking to order. They also don’t tell you at reception but the restaurant stops taking orders at around 7:15pm so if you haven’t ordered by then you will have to go hungry.
