Comfort Altyn-Emel

Very neat and clean rooms

I would prefer to have a water kettle inside the room

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alten Emel! Located in the small village of Basshi, near Altyn-Emel National Park, I think this is genuinely one of the best places to stay in the area. The rooms were very clean, neat, and comfortable, and the washroom and other facilities were excellent, especially considering the remote location. Everything was well maintained, and the hotel offered great value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation in such a small village. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Just one small suggestion regarding the shared facilities. There is no refrigerator in individual rooms, so guests have to use a common fridge. Unfortunately, someone took the beer we had kept there, which was a little disappointing. We also overheard another couple mentioning that their shoes had gone missing from the common entrance area, where guests are required to leave their footwear. While it's lovely that the hotel operates on a system of trust, perhaps a little more oversight or better arrangements for storing guests' belongings would help prevent such incidents.
