Kolsay Kazakh Village

We stayed at this lovely place in Kolsai, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of our Kazakhstan trip! The place was cozy, comfortable, and had excellent facilities, but what made it truly special was the incredible warmth of our hosts. They treated us like family, hosted a delicious dinner, and we spent a beautiful evening playing musical instruments and sharing songs from different countries, including India! What touched me the most was how they celebrated my birthday. They surprised me with one of the most delicious cakes I had in Kazakhstan, completely complimentary, and even gave me a thoughtful little gift! It was so unexpected and genuinely heartwarming. ❤️ I've traveled to more than 15 countries, but rarely experienced such warmth and hospitality. Even their adorable little granddaughter made our stay extra special! This was so much more than a hotel stay. We arrived as guests but felt like family. One of my favorite memories from Kazakhstan, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kolsai! ❤️

员工数量不足，很多时候提问找不到人，甚至check in时要钥匙都要了半天；线上事前提问没人回复；到了饭点也没人告知如何安排，大多数人就是在餐厅干等。餐厅团队客多。
