Wooden Apartment Staff was very friendly
Water was very Slow Breakfast was not at all good Price for this Room was charged Khazak Tenge 47000/- which was too expensive

We had a wonderful stay at Aura Saty. The family was very welcoming and hospitable, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly cooked eggs. They can also arrange transportation to Kolsai Lake and Kaindy Lake, which was very convenient. A helpful tip for future guests: bring enough cash, as there are no ATM machines in Saty. Overall, we highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Our recent two-night stay at Aura Saty was a mix of positive and challenging experiences. The host family was incredibly warm and welcoming, and their hospitality was the definite highlight of our trip.
Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by a complete power outage that lasted the entire two days. It rained on our first day, and we were informed the cause was a transformer issue, but the lack of a backup generator was a significant problem. This meant we had no electricity for our whole stay and couldn't shower or even make a cup of tea. While the hosts were very kind and did arrange for us to shower at a different property on our last day, it was still a major inconvenience.
