Upon walking in you will be greeted by the spacious living room straight ahead, dining room to your right and the Kitchen to your right.
Please treat them as if they were your own and clean up after yourself. You will find dishes, glassware, pots, pans and flatware available for your stay as well as appliances and small conveniences.
There are no food items in the house. If you bring some in, please be sure to throw away all perishables before you check out.
The home has Central Air and Heat. Please set to be comfortable for you and your guests and please turn to 72 when leaving :)
The Bathrooms have Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash in the Showers.
All linens supplied which includes bedding, 1 set of towels per guest.

Guests have access to the entire home except the garage and a couple owner closets.

We ask for your help in this matter by placing the garbage can on the curb for collection on Tuesday and Friday early mornings around 8am. Once collected we ask that you return the garbage cans out of site which is behind the fence to the right of the right the garage. We will get fined if the cans are left at the road or in the driveway. Note: Bradenton doesn't offer recycling service.
Propane: We try our best to keep the propane tanks filled up but sometimes they do run out. If so, you may be asked to take it to the gas station to get it swapped out with a new one. We will happily reimburse for this.
Parties: We do not allow large parties. Family get togethers are acceptable if they are relatively tame. Mainly we ask that you respect the neighborhood and the house. We do not allow confetti and would prefer no decorations taped on the walls (all tape must be removed if so)
IMPORTANT NOTE: for the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests that are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without refund.
