Loved the back yard and pool. Kitchen was well equipped. Had several maintenance issues while we were there, but most were resolved. Lighting in all rooms was poor. House was very clean. Special thanks to Ruth for handling some maintenance issues.

So glad we stayed here during first week of July 2025!The house was clean, well organized, contained all the essentials, in a safe nice looking neighborhood, and 12 minute drive to Anna Maria Island. The pool/backyard feels private as back neighboring houses are a good distance away and the plants add to the atmosphere.I appreciate the no pets, no smoking rule, and the owner runs a dehumidifier in the house - keeping the house smelling fresh.Ruth (the agent) was extremely reachable and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
