The property was a great size for what we needed

There was no hot water it took almost a day to sort and all it was was to turn the thermostat up which looks like it’s for the central heating! Good job it was 38 degrees outside so cold showers were bearable

The space

The doors not staying open

Very spacious - plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Lovely garden and hot tub.

Location is best thing about the property. The rooms were comfortable although the double beds are all small standard size.

Garden area was very tired - broken furniture - not enough chairs for guests. Summer house used for storage was very dirty and lots of seagull droppings on astro turf lawn. Back door step was broken - sharp plastic left exposed for kids to trip over. Kitchen is huge but not great use of space as only 2 stools and dining room dark. Lounge is good size and room for all but on 1st floor which did not really suit the family group as it meant kids couldn't be in there by themselves. The bedrooms are OK and there were enough bathrooms but all just felt jumbled up - not great for small kids and parents needing to be close to each other. House layout plan would be helpful but would probably not have booked if we'd seen it. Rubbish bin full on arrival so when we added to it the bin got emptied by seagulls who made mess.
