Easy access for keys and promptly received. Location of house excellent. Easy access to beach and bars. Extremely comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Very large property.
Hot water not checked and we didn't have any until mid morning, next day after arrival. However, once reported there was prompt response. For such a large house with ability to have at least 14 occupants, we all felt a larger or 2nd fridge is needed.

Loads of space so was great for a group of 16 adults and the rooms were very spacious too. Check in went smoothly the keys were easy to collect from the hotel. The location was absolutely perfect for our group who just wanted to spend the day at the beach.
3/7 of the showers temperature gauges were not working properly so they were either way too hot or couldn’t make them warm.

The location of the accommodation was excellent being100 yards from the promenade.
There was an abundance of space in the house. The children enjoyed the hot-tub.
Although there were two parking spaces alloted to the accommodation in a nearby hotel carpark
any more than two cars had to find parking spaces on the public highway which was inconvenient.
Two of the showers had defective thermostats so the water was dangerously hot.

Location was excellent plenty of parking the house was huge very light and decorated well bedrooms were decent size lots of space to accommodate all 11 of us the house is well equipped with everything thing needed. The hot tub was enjoyed lovely and warm for our arrival. We all had a very enjoyable stay including our 2 dogs. The dog beds and water bowls were a good touch. We wished we booked for a longer stay.
The only thing we disliked was patio area outside could have done with a good clean lots of birds pooh
A couple of the showers didn't work properly and some of the windows were a little grubby
The landing lights upstairs kept flickering on and off at night which bothered one our older members of our party
