Great location. Nice apartment with a decent view. There is a 24 hour supermarket and a pharmacy in the same building. A short walk takes you to may good restaurants and a little longer walk takes you to Dubai Mall / Khalifa.
The instructions about the apartment were sent in advance and were with good detail. The manager of the apartment Sohail was at the apartment at a late hour of 11 pm to check us in and explain to us all the facilities. He was accessible on WhatsApp to clarify any questions we had.
The WiFi was not working mid way through the stay and Sohail immediately fixed the issue by replacing the router.
If the apartment had two showers instead of one shower and one bath, that would have been ideal when you have 4 of us staying in 2 bedrooms.

nice and clean apartment. location was right at Downtown Boulevard, walkable to Dubai Mall, Restaurants, coffees.
