Апартаменты отличные, но при бронировании не увидели что нужно оставлять залог, при том что мы не против были его оставить, но ссылка которую прислал представитель была на стороннем источнике, и не работала при переходе по ней, с трудом согласовали оплату залога на месте (только после того как мы сказали что отказываемся от бронирования). Дальше связь с объектом размещения отсутствовала, на все сообщения отвечал робот, стандартными фразами.
